Rinatu Coti
Rinatu CotiRinatu Coti was born in Ajaccio in 1944. He was Corsica's most prolific author during the latter decades of the 20th century. His bibliography includes some ten novels, as many plays, and three volumes of poetry. He is currently editor of the review U Taravu. Coti's work evokes traditional life in Corsica where popular wisdom and earthy humour are strong. His books often adopt a moral tone, and his sophisticated narrative will repay careful reading.
