A decade and a half since the fall of the dictatorship, Albania is still in a state of political, economic and cultural flux. In this situation, which could more candidly be described as chaotic, a new generation of cutting-edge and non-conformist confident voices has arisen, many of whom have chosen to express themselves in contemporary poetry.
