Anneli Mihkelev

ANNELI MIHKELEV took her PhD dgree in Semiotics and Cultural Studies at the University of Tartu with the monograph The Poetics of Allusion in 2005.
She works as an Associate Professor of Comparative Literature at the Tallinn University and as a Senior Researcher in Under and Tuglas Literature Centre of the Estonian Academy of Sciences. Her fields of research include Estonian literature, allusions in literature and culture, and comparative literature (mainly Baltic literatures). She has published articles on these themes in several international and Estonian publications.
